Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds for membership purchases and challenge registrations within 14 days of purchase if you have not substantially used the service. Refunds are not available for free tier services.

2. Refund Timeline

Requests must be made within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date. After this period, refunds are not available, although you may cancel your ongoing membership at any time.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, contact us at info@brightaifilterin.shop or +61 2 8004 2387 with your order details. We will process your refund within 10 business days of approval. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

4. Membership Cancellations

Monthly Plus and Annual Pro memberships can be cancelled at any time with no cancellation fee. Your access continues until the end of your paid period. To cancel, contact us via email or phone.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable: downloadable materials once accessed; challenge participation after 14 days; completed consultations or coaching calls; digital content purchased or accessed.

6. Refund Exclusions

Refunds will not be granted if you have: accessed a substantial portion of the programme or challenge; violated our Terms of Use; or made the purchase using fraudulent means.

7. Chargeback Disputes

If you dispute a charge through your payment provider or bank without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your access and pursue legal remedies.

8. Return of Materials

Digital materials accessed must be returned or deleted upon cancellation if requested. Physical materials should be returned within 14 days in their original condition.
